10 frame Cedar Langstroth with Insulated lid
Langstroth hives are the most popular in the United States. We build langstroth hives in various sizes from 10 frame all the way down to 3 frame nucs. We also build them with various woods and try to source local Texas lumber when available. Cedar is typically what we build because the prices of the pine boxes are typically cheaper from the larger bee companies. We do offer custom builds where many of them do not.
