Vented Queen Cell Tray 50

Vented Queen Cell Tray holds 50 queen cells using JZ BZ queen cell cups and are stackable.  If also using queen cell protectors, then it will hold 55 queen cells in one tray.  With cell protectors the base of the cell protector touches the bottom of the tray so in the event a virgin emerges, she will be trapped in the cell protector and cannot destroy the other cells.  The vent holes are small enough that a honey bee cannot get through them.  The vent holes allow for better air flow and heat dispersion, especially when stacked.

Included are small clips that fit to the sides using the holes on the bottom to lift the trays for stacking and help hold them in place.  We include at least 10 clips per tray since they are lightweight and easily lost.  The clips are not required unless you are stacking the trays.

Trays are 3d printed using PETG plastic and come in a black but red and blue are available.  Since some breeders like to use their tray colors to differentiate the batches, we can print these in any color needed.  For other colors or larger orders please contact us regarding availability.
