One Piece Entrance Reducer

These are one piece entrance reducers made to fit Langstroth hive boxes in 10 frame or 8 frame size boxes.  We even have 5 frame reducers!  Since they are made from plastic the bees do not chew on them like they do the wooden ones.  Additionally, these will not rot out like can happen with anything wooden!

They come in 10 frame size of 14 5/8" (371 mm) and 8 frame size 12 3/8" (314mm) and 5 frame (nuc) size 7 5/8" (194mm).  The large entrance is about 4 inches long and the smaller entrance is about 1 1/2".  Of course they are 3/4" tall and 3/4" deep like any reducer should be.  The nuc entrance reducers have a small 3/4" small opening and the larger opening is 3 inches wide.  Please check your nuc to make sure it fits, since many nuc boxes vary in size.

These are printed from PETG plastic with is UV resistant and are offered in a variety of colors.  If you do not see a color you like, please message us for availability.
